রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

১. পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার শর্ত

পণ্য গ্রহণের পর নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে। রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অপরিষ্কার নয় এমন অবস্থায় এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং ও ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

২. কোন ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে

নিচের পরিস্থিতিতে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করা হবে:

- ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে।

- পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পৌঁছালে।

- পণ্যে উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি থাকলে।

- অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সঙ্গে সরবরাহ করা পণ্যের উল্লেখযোগ্য পার্থক্য থাকলে।

৩. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে। অনুরোধের সঙ্গে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং পণ্যের পরিষ্কার ছবি দিতে হবে।

৪. যেসব পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া নাও হতে পারে

ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ট্যাগবিহীন পণ্য রিটার্নের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে, যদি ক্ষতি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে না হয়ে থাকে। বিশেষ ছাড়ের পণ্য বা অন্যান্য নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে

৫. রিফান্ড বা অর্থ ফেরত

রিটার্নের অনুরোধ অনুমোদিত হলে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ, পদ্ধতি এবং সময়সীমা গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।

অর্থ ফেরতের সময় পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি, ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট সেবাদাতার ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৬. রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ

ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য সরবরাহের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ কে বহন করবে, তা আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করে নির্ধারণ করা হবে। অন্য কারণে রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে শিপিং চার্জ বহন করতে হতে পারে।

৭. এক্সচেঞ্জ বা পণ্য পরিবর্তন

সাইজ বা পণ্য পরিবর্তনের অনুরোধ স্টক এবং প্রযোজ্য শর্তের ওপর নির্ভর করবে। এক্সচেঞ্জের প্রয়োজন হলে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৮. রিটার্নের জন্য যোগাযোগ

রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জানাতে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের Contact Us পেজ অথবা অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করুন।

যোগাযোগের সময় নিচের তথ্যগুলো প্রদান করুন:
